SHIPPING

  • I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION
    • Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with tracking information.
    • Remember to check your spam folder, in case you haven't added our email to your contacts.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to begin shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.
    • Please note, handling times for orders placed on FaZe Clan’s website are a standard 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Handling times are to ensure that your order is accurately fulfilled. If you have selected an expedited shipping method, your shipping method will go into effect once the package has been populated with tracking information.
    • Important Note for Special Merchandise Drops
    • Due to the high demand and exclusivity of our special drops, these can take longer to process. Please allow 3-4 weeks for tracking information to populate on Special Merchandise Drops.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    • After an order has been processed there is a short window of time you can change your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please send us your order number along with proof of ID for your new shipping information. We ask for proof of ID in an effort to protect your private information.
    • Important Note: We are unable to adjust a shipping address from a USA address to an international address. If you change your address and a potential fraud alert is raised, your order may automatically be cancelled or delayed due to additional security measures. If your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, please contact us immediately so we can provide you support in coordinating the successful delivery of your order.
    • Please note: If your order is in transit and you notify us that the order shipped to the incorrect address, your order may be returned to our warehouse by default. Once the order is received, we will follow up with you to coordinate the successful delivery of your purchase.

PRODUCT

  • I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
    • After an order has been placed there is a short window of time you can change the size and or color of your purchase. Please email support@fazeclan.com as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
    • If you have already received your tracking number, we are unable to make adjustments to the contents of your order. If you have not received your tracking information, please email us as soon as possible and we will be happy to make adjustments to your purchase.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    • Duty fees and import taxes are not included in your order total. All international orders are subject to duties and import taxes.
  • CUSTOM JERSEY
    • All orders are print on demand, meaning when the order is placed, the jersey is made and shipped within 10-15 business days.
    • As a result of all Jerseys being custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or misprinted upon delivery. Please reach out to support@fazeclan.com for more information.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once processed.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    • All sales are final. FaZe Clan does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged upon delivery.
